NavTek Customs was built on leadership, service, discipline, and community.

My name is Thale Goodluck, founder of NavTek Customs.

I am a U.S. military veteran who served in Iraq during 2001. Military service shaped my foundation — discipline, commitment, accountability, and pride in representing something greater than yourself.

After returning home, service did not stop.

I now serve as the Veteran Commander in Lupton, Arizona, where I help support and advocate for fellow veterans. I also founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening and serving our local veteran community.

Leadership has always been part of my path.

Coaching & Community Leadership

My coaching career began at Crownpoint Middle School, mentoring young athletes and building character through sport.

I later became the Girls Head Coach at Tse Yi’ Gai High School, helping develop confidence and competitive discipline in young women.

From there, I stepped into the role of Boys Head Coach at Crownpoint High School, where our program made the State Tournament three consecutive years, advancing to the second round of playoffs each year. During that time, I organized and hosted team camps, creating opportunities for athletes to grow beyond the regular season.

I later served as Head Coach at Valley High School, continuing to mentor student-athletes until stepping down due to administrative differences — but never stepping away from the mission of developing young leaders.

Coaching reinforced what military service already taught me:

Legacy matters.
