All products sold by NavTek Customs are custom-made to order.
Because each item is personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
A design proof will be sent for approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details carefully.
NavTek Customs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer in the design proof.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
